摘要
研究了玄武岩纤维(BF)、纤维素纤维(CF)、玄武岩-纤维素混杂纤维(BF-CF混杂纤维)对混凝土抗冻性能的影响,并进行了SEM分析。结果表明:单掺BF或CF均能提升混凝土的抗冻性能,其中,BF的提升效果更好;随着BF或CF掺量的增加,混凝土的抗冻性能呈先提高后降低的趋势,且均优于未掺纤维组;BF-CF混杂纤维对混凝土抗冻性能的改善效果优于单掺纤维,且当BF与CF的混掺比例为2∶1时,混凝土的抗冻性能相对最优;纤维混凝土在150次冻融循环后仍能保持较为紧密的内部结构。
The effects of basalt fiber(BF),cellulose fiber(CF),and basalt-cellulose hybrid fiber(BF-CF hybrid fiber)on the frost resistance of concrete were investigated,and SEM analysis was performed.The results show that mixing BF or CF alone can improve the frost resistance of concrete,among which,BF has a better improvement effect.With the increase of the content of BF or CF,the frost resistance of concrete shows a tendency of increasing and then decreasing,and still better than that of the unadulterated fiber group.The improvement effect of BF-CF hybrid fiber on the frost resistance of concrete is better than that of the single fiber,and the frost resistance of the concrete is relatively optimal when the mixing ratio of BF and CF is 2∶1.After 150 freeze-thaw cycles,the fiber reinforced concrete retains a relatively tight internal structure.
