摘要
基于资源观和双元创新理论,从软资源的平台战略、平台领导力、平台双边市场和平台知识4个维度出发,引入资源整合为中介变量、知识势差为调节变量,构建“软资源-平台双元创新能力”关系模型,通过对314份有效问卷进行分析,研究发现:(1)平台战略、平台双边市场和平台知识显著正向促进平台双元创新能力提升,平台领导力显著正向促进平台渐进式创新能力;(2)平台战略、平台双边市场和平台知识能通过资源整合促进平台双元创新能力提升,即资源整合在其中发挥中介作用;(3)知识势差负向调节软资源与平台双元创新能力之间的关系。为平台企业整合软资源以实现双元创新能力提高提供理论参考。
Based on the resource-based view and ambidextrous innovation theory,this paper examines four dimensions of soft resources:platform strategy,platform leadership,platform bilateral market,and platform knowledge.It introduces resource integration as an intermediary variable and knowledge potential difference as a moderating variable to construct the"soft resources-platform ambidextrous innovation capability"relationship model.Through the analysis of 314 valid questionnaires,the study found that:(1)platform strategy,platform bilateral market,and platform knowledge significantly and positively promote platform ambidextrous innovation capability,while platform leadership significantly and positively promotes incremental innovation capability;(2)platform strategy,platform bilateral market,and platform knowledge can enhance ambidextrous innovation capability through resource integration,indicating that resource integration plays an intermediary role;(3)knowledge potential difference negatively moderates the relationship between soft resources and ambidextrous innovation capability.It provides theoretical reference for platform enterprises to integrate soft resources to enhance their ambidextrous innovation capability.
