“人工智能+”赋能创新人才培养的困境与策略——以高职院校为例

摘要 以国家战略方向、人才素质要求与企业发展需要为着眼点,挖掘“人工智能+”与高职院校创新人才培养相契合的内在逻辑。基于当前人工智能技术应用与高职院校创新教育的现状,分析“人工智能+”赋能创新人才培养的困境,有针对性地从育人生态构建、课程体系完善、专创融合改革、师资队伍建设、评价体系优化5个方面提出发展策略,致力于推动高职院校进一步优化创新人才培养模式,为中国的高质量发展注入强大动力。 Taking the national strategic direction,talent quality requirements,and enterprise development needs as the focus,we have deeply explored the inherent logic of the integration of"AI+"and innovative talent cultivation in vocational colleges.Based on the current situation of the application of artificial intelligence technology and innovative education in vocational colleges,we also analyzed the five major challenges of"AI+"empowering innovative talent cultivation in the education ecological environment,professional curriculum design,professional innovation integration reform,teacher development and improvement,and student evaluation system.In this regard,we have proposed development strategies in five aspects:building an educational ecosystem,improving the curriculum system,integrating innovation and specialization,building a teaching staff,and optimizing the evaluation system.This study aims to promote further optimization of innovative talent cultivation models in vocational colleges,injecting strong impetus into China's high-quality development.
