应用罗森塔尔效应干预对骨科手术患者自我管理能力及希望水平的影响

Influence of Rosenthal effect intervention on self-management ability and hope level in patients with orthopedic surgery

目的:探究罗森塔尔效应干预对骨科手术患者自我管理能力及希望水平的影响。方法:随机将2019年3月-2020年3月于某院进行骨科手术的90例患者分为对照组(常规干预)和观察组(罗森塔尔效应干预),各45例。比较两组应激反应、负性情绪、自我管理能力、希望水平及生活质量。结果:干预后,观察组脉率、舒张压和收缩压明显低于对照组(t=-4.391,-3.651,-3.650;P<0.001);与对照组比,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自量表(SDS)评分较低(t=-4.973,-4.433;P<0.001),自我管理能力各维度评分较高(t=7.542,6.379,4.759,4.030;P<0.001),中文版Herth希望量表(HHI)各维度评分较高(t=5.898,6.038,6.629;P<0.001),健康状况调查简表(SF-36)各维度评分较高(t=5.118,6.773,4.361,6.830,6.031,4.777,4.774,4.567;P<0.001)。结论:针对骨科手术患者,罗森塔尔效应干预能够有效减轻机体应激反应,改善负性情绪,增强自我管理能力,提高希望水平,从而达到提升生活质量的目的。

Objective:To investigate the influence of Rosenthal effect intervention on self-management ability and hope level in patients undergoing orthopedic surgery.Methods:A total of 90 patients who received orthopedic surgery in the hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were randomized into control group(n=45,routine intervention)and observation group(n=45,Rosenthal effect intervention).Stress response,negative emotions,self-management ability,hope level and quality of life were compared between groups.Results:The observation group had significantly lowerpulse rate,diastolic pressure and systolic pressure after intervention(t=-4.391,-3.651,-3.650;P<0.001).Compared with the control group,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score in the observation group were lower(t=-4.973,-4.433;P<0.001)while the scores of dimensions of self-management ability were higher(t=7.542,6.379,4.759,4.030;P<0.001),and the scores of aspects of Chinese version of Herth hope index(HHI)were also higher(t=5.898,6.038,6.629;P<0.001),and the scores of items of the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)were higher(t=5.118,6.773,4.361,6.830,6.031,4.777,4.774,4.567;P<0.001).Conclusion:For patients with orthopedic surgery,Rosenthal effect intervention can relieve the body's stress response effectively,improve negative emotions,enhance self-management ability,raise hope level,so that the purpose of improving quality of life is achieved.
