Effects of Snyder's hope theory and gratitude emotional intervention on hope gratitude level and quality of life of patients with ovarian cancer undergoing intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy

目的:探讨Snyder希望理论联合感恩情绪干预在卵巢癌腹腔热灌注化疗患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年6月某院72例卵巢癌腹腔热灌注化疗患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组与干预组各36例。对照组给予常规护理,干预组在对照组基础上给予Snyder希望理论联合感恩情绪干预。比较两组干预前后Herth希望量表(HHI)、6条目感恩问卷(GQ-6)、自我护理能力量表(ESCA)、欧洲癌症研究及治疗组织生活质量核心量表(EORTC-QLQ-C30)评分变化。结果:干预后,干预组HHI评分、GQ-6评分、ESCA评分及EORTC-QLQ-C30评分均高于对照组(t=25.792,16.063,13.397,14.247;P<0.05)。结论:卵巢癌腹腔热灌注化疗患者护理中应用Snyder希望理论联合感恩情绪干预可提升其希望感恩水平,改善自我护理能力及生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of Snyder's hope theory combined with gratitude emotion intervention in patients with ovarian cancer undergoing intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy.Methods:Seventy-two patients with ovarian cancer treated with intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected by random sampling method.They were randomly divided into control group and intervention group with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the intervention group was given Snyder's hope theory combined with thanksgiving emotion intervention on the basis of the control group.The scores of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared on the Herth hope index(HHI),the gratitude quesionnaire-6(GQ-6),the exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA),and the European organization for research and treatment of cancer-quality of life questionnaire core 30(EORTC-QLQ-C30).Results:After the intervention,HHI score,GQ-6 score,ESCA score and EORTC-QLQ-C30 score in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(t=25.792,16.063,13.397,14.247;P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Snyder's hope theory combined with gratitude emotion intervention in the nursing of patients with ovarian cancer undergoing intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy can improve their hope and gratitude level,improve their self-care ability and quality of life.
