摘要
目的:探索正念训练对男性服刑青少年童年期创伤的干预作用。方法:将193名中重度童年期创伤的男性服刑青少年随机分为正念训练、团体辅导和普通对照3个组别进行为期2个月的干预,评估干预开始时(前测)、干预1个月(中测)、干预结束时(后测)3个时间点童年期创伤的情况,以评估3组干预效果。结果:使用广义估计方程模型对3组男性服刑青少年的童年期创伤量表进行多因素重复测量分析,结果显示时间×组别的交互效应达到显著水平(Waldχ^(2)=10.708,P<0.05),因此进一步分析单独效应。组间单独效应分析:前测,3组不具有统计学差异。中测,正念训练组得分低于团体辅导组。后测,正念训练组得分低于团体辅导组和普通对照组;时间单独效应分析:正念训练组前中后得分具有统计学差异,中测得分低于前测,后测得分低于前测。团体辅导组前中后得分具有统计学差异,后测得分低于前测,后测得分低于中测。结论:正念训练能够在短期内显著地降低男性服刑青少年的童年期创伤水平,并且具有较好的持续性和稳定性。
Objective:To explore the role of mindfulness training as an intervention for childhood trauma in male incarcerated adolescents.Methods:A total of 193 male incarcerated adolescents with moderate-to-severe childhood trauma were randomized into three groups of mindfulness training,group counseling,and general control for a 2-month intervention to assess childhood trauma at 3 time points:At the beginning of the intervention(pre-test),1 month into the intervention(mid-test),and at the end of the intervention(post-test),in order to assess the effectiveness of the three intervention groups.Results:A multifactorial repeated-measures analysis of the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire,28 item Short Form(CTQ-SF)for 3 groups of male incarcerated adolescents using generalized estimating equation modeling revealed a significant level of the time×group interaction effect(Waldχ^(2)=10.708,P<0.05),and therefore separate effects were further analyzed.Separate effects between groups were analyzed:In the pre-test,3 groups were not statistically different.In the middle test,the mindfulness training group scored lower than the group counseling group.In the post-test,the scores of the mindfulness training group were lower than those of the group counseling group and the general control group;Time separate effects analysis:There was a statistically significant difference in the pre-mid-post scores of the mindfulness training group,with the scores of the mid-test lower than those of the pre-test,and the scores of the post-test lower than those of the pre-test.There was a statistical difference in pre-mid-post scores in the group counseling group,with lower scores on the post-test than on the pre-test and lower scores on the post-test than on the mid-test.Conclusion:Mindfulness training significantly reduces childhood trauma levels in male incarcerated adolescents in the short term with good persistence and stability.
