基于直觉模糊层次分析法的高校实验室安全风险评估

摘要 为了保障高校实验教学与科研活动的有序进行,确保师生安全,避免事故发生,依据法规制度、文献复习与德尔菲法,从安全制度保障、仪器设备管理、危险化学品管理、应急管理、防护管理5个方面构建科学、全面、合理的高校实验室安全评估风险指标体系。依据直觉模糊层次分析法确定一级、二级评价指标的权值,对内蒙古某高校的8个实验室进行安全风险评估,确定风险类别。研究表明:直觉模糊层次分析法在实验室安全风险评估指标体系的构建、评估过程与结果分析方面优势显著,评估精度与科学性较高,该方法的实践与应用,为高校实验室安全平稳的运行提供了有力保障,为高校的人才培养和科技创新保驾护航。 In order to guarantee the orderly conduct of experimental teaching and research activities in universities,ensure the safety of teachers and students,and to avoid accidents,this study builds a scientific,comprehensive,and reasonable risk indicator system for safety assessment of laboratories in colleges and universities based on the regula tions and systems,literature review and the Delphi method,and based on five aspects,namely,safety system guaran tee,instrumentation and equipment management,hazardous chemicals management,emergency response manage ment,and protection management.Based on the intuitionistic fuzzy hierarchical analysis to determine the weights of primary and secondary evaluation indexes,eight laboratories in a university in Inner Mongolia were assessed for safety risks and risk categories were determined.The study shows that the intuitionistic fuzzy hierarchical analysis method has significant advantages in the construction of laboratory safety risk assessment index system,assessment process and result analysis,and high precision and scientificity of assessment,and the practice and application of this method provides a strong guarantee for the safe and smooth operation of university laboratories and escorts the talent cultiva tion and scientific and technological innovation of universities.
