城镇燃气安全管理问题分析及对策研究

Analysis of urban gas safety management issues and countermeasures

随着近期各地燃气安全问题突发和国家对燃气安全日益重视,对燃气安全隐患排查整治和加强管理势在必行。通过实地调研,重点针对鲁北某区的乡镇街道、城乡结合部及县域交接处的燃气安全状况开展入户调查,收集燃气企业、餐饮场所和城乡居民等重点区域部位存在的安全隐患,并对所获数据进行统计分析,找出燃气安全的突出问题,在此基础上提出加强管理的对策建议。主要从强化燃气行业安全监管、规范燃气企业经营、普及安全教育宣传和推动智慧燃气建设等方面着手,以期能够提升本地区燃气领域的安全管理水平。研究结果可为该地区改善燃气安全状况,提高燃气安全管理能力提供重要参考。

With the recent emergence of gas safety problems around the country and the country's increasing attention to gas safety,it is imperative to conduct gas safety hidden danger investigation and remediation and strengthen man agement.Through field research,this paper focuses on the gas safety conditions in towns,streets,urban-rural junc tions,and county boundaries in a certain area of northern Shandong,and conducts household surveys to collect safety hazards in key areas including gas companies,catering facilities,and urban and rural residents.The obtained data is statistically analyzed to identify prominent gas safety issues,based on which targeted policy recommendations are pro posed to strengthen management.Main measures include enhancing safety supervision of the gas industry,regulating gas company operations,promoting safety education and publicity,and facilitating intelligent gas construction,so as to improve the gas safety management level in the local area.The research findings can provide important references for improving the gas safety situation and management capacity in this region.
