摘要
采用柴油吸收技术回收某炼油厂储运工段产生的VOCs。分析废气入口工况、工艺选择,重点论述工艺流程设计、设备选型、运行参数及安全自控保障措施。该装置经实际运行及出口VOCs浓度检测,净化效率可保持在98%以上。采用该技术可产生显著的环境效益和经济价值。
Diesel absorption technology is used to recover VOCs produced in the storage and transportation section of a refinery.The working conditions and process selection of exhaust gas inlet are analyzed,and the process flow de sign,equipment selection,operation parameters and safety control measures are mainly discussed.The purification ef ficiency of the device can be maintained above 98%after actual operation and testing of the concentration of VOCs at the outlet.The adoption of this technology can produce significant environmental benefits and economic value.
