乡村振兴背景下农村社会工作人才队伍建设路径研究

农村社会工作人才是乡村人才振兴的重要组成部分,推进农村社会工作人才队伍建设对于促进乡村振兴具有重要意义。农村社会工作人才秉持专业理念、运用专业方法在激发乡村经济新动能、塑造美丽乡村新风貌、展现乡风文明新气象、构建现代治理新体系、实现共同富裕新目标上发挥专业优势。但也面临着“四不”的现实困境。新时代推进农村社会工作人才队伍建设,一是要优化政策保障体系,促进人才建设制度化;二是要创新培养管理模式,促进人才建设系统化;三是要健全教育培训机制,促进人才建设专业化;四是要打造多维宣传阵地,促进农村社工大众化。
