非遗文化赋能乡村振兴——以宁津杂技为例

非遗文化作为中华民族传统文化的重要组成部分,承载着中华民族浓厚的民俗文化和历史底蕴,是中华民族的基因和血脉的延续,是中国人民思想和精神的内核,能够为乡村文化振兴提供强大的精神动力。非遗文化的有效保护与合理利用对全面推进乡村振兴战略、推进乡村发展具有重要意义。深入挖掘非遗文化的内涵价值,积极应对非遗文化赋能乡村振兴的困境,探索合理保护与利用民族非遗的有效路径,有助于全面推进乡村振兴战略,实现地区的可持续发展。该文以宁津杂技为例,在分析宁津杂技赋能乡村振兴的困境基础上,从文化振兴、人才振兴、产业振兴方面,提出具体的实践路径,实现非遗文化的保护传承与乡村振兴有效结合。

As an important part of the traditional culture of the Chinese nation,intangible cultural heritages carry the strong folk culture and historical heritage of the Chinese nation,thereby represents the continuation of the gene and blood of the Chinese nation and is the core of the Chinese people's ideology and spirit,which can provide a strong spiritual impetus for the revitalization of rural culture.The effective protection and rational utilization of intangible cultural heritages is of great significance for comprehensively promoting the strategies of rural revitalization and rural development.Delving deeply into the intrinsic value of intangible cultural heritages,actively coping with the difficulty of enabling rural revitalization of intangible cultural heritages,and exploring effective paths for reasonable protection and utilization of national intangible cultural heritages are conducive to comprehensively promoting the Rural Revitalization Strategy and realizing the sustainable development of the region.Taking the acrobatics in Ningjin as an example,based on the analysis of the difficulty of the quiet acrobatics enabling rural revitalization,the paper proposes specific practical paths from four aspects of cultural revitalization,talent revitalization,industrial revitalization and economic revitalization,so as to realize the effective combination of the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage and rural revitalization.
