乡村振兴战略背景下广州帮扶地区阅读服务现状与发展策略

广州对口帮扶地区的农村阅读服务水平仍较低,针对农村开展的阅读服务活动较少,严重影响乡村文化振兴,急需引起相关部门重视。该文提出加强顶层设计,提供经费保障;完善基础设施,创新服务方式;革新服务内容,科学配置资源;组建专业队伍,提高服务质量;加强制度建设,构建服务体系等发展对策与措施。

The level of reading services in rural areas in Guangzhou is still low,and there are few reading services in rural areas,which seriously affect the revitalization of rural culture and urgently need to attract the attention of relevant departments.This paper proposes to strengthen the top-level design,provide financial guarantee,improve infrastructure,innovate service methods,innovate service contents,allocate resources scientifically,set up professional teams,improve service quality,and strengthen system construction,so as to construct the service system and other development countermeasures and solutions.
