“双碳”背景下高校基层党建与学科发展的融合路径探索——以中南大学能源与动力工程专业为例

推动高校基层党的建设引领学科跨越式发展,是在“双碳”背景下深入贯彻党的教育方针、培育时代新人的重要途径。中南大学能源科学与工程学院教工第一党支部针对目前高校党的建设、能源与动力工程专业发展以及二者深度融合中存在的问题,对标高校教师党支部书记“双带头人”培育工程,以一流党建引领一流学科发展,探索形成新时代高校党的建设促进人才培养、科技创新、社会服务高质量发展的“三位一体”实践路径,为实现“双碳”战略目标提供支撑。

Promoting the in-depth integration of grassroots Party building and discipline development in colleges and universities is an important way to carry out the Party's education policy.The first party branch of the faculty of School of Energy Science and Engineering of Central South University benchmarks the"double leader"cultivation project for teachers'Party branch secretaries to solve the problems existing in the party building,discipline development and their deep integration.The development of first-class party building guided the first-class disciplines,new ways for promoting the cultivation of talents,scientific and technological innovation,and high-quality development of social services by Party building were explored.The"trinity"practice path of the in-depth integration of Party building in universities and disciplines development was formed.This provides basic and strategic support in the education,science and technology,and talents for realizing the strategic goal of"double carbon".
