基于“四个融入”创建高校党支部基层党建育人新模式——以西南石油大学海洋油气工程研究所党支部为例

为破解高校党建与业务“两张皮”难题,近年来,西南石油大学海洋油气工程研究所党支部将研究生党员混编入教师支部。从组织设置模式破冰出发,积极探索实践“逐梦深蓝、四个融入”支部工作法,将学科专业理想、师生党员互动、大学精神传承和重大战略需求在思想、组织、文化和业务上深度融入党建,提升党支部的引领力、战斗力、凝聚力和执行力,充分发挥党建和业务“双带头”作用,对促进学校“双一流”学科建设、加快党建育人高质量内涵式发展具有重要作用。

In order to solve the problem of"two skins"between Party construction and business in colleges and universities,the Party branch of Offshore Oil&Gas Engineering Research Institute of Southwest Petroleum University implemented a mixed compilation model of teachers and students in recent years.An innovation method of four dimensional integration for chasing blue ocean dream is proposed and put into practice.The discipline and professional ideals,interaction between teachers and students,transmitting of universities'spirits and requirements for the national strategical objective are deeply integrated into Party building from ideology,organization,culture and business,respectively.As a consequence,the leadership,combat effectiveness,cohesion and execution of party branch are improved significantly,bringing into full play of the"double leading"role of Party building and business.The technique plays an important role in promoting the construction of"double first-class"disciplines and accelerating the high-level connotative development of education guided by Party building.
