How to integrate the ideological and political elements into the professional courses organically and realize the goal of establish virtue and cultivate people,is an important part to promote the ideological and political construction of the courses comprehensively.Taking the course of Animal Derived Food Hygiene as an example,this paper discusses the specific ways and methods of ideological and political education in the course of Animal Derived Food Hygiene from the aspects of formulating ideological and political teaching objectives,sorting out ideological and political elements,constructing ideological and political teaching system,implementing diversified teaching methods,reforming teaching assessment mechanism,teaching practical effect,and building interdisciplinary teaching teams.The study provides reference for the ideological and political construction of other professional courses.
