内河码头轻型岸边集装箱起重机制造安装技术

Research on manufacturing and installation technology of light quay container crane in inland river terminal

文中结合国内某内河码头轻型岸边集装箱起重机项目制造安装工程实践,首先对轻型岸边集装箱起重机结构特点进行了说明,并制定了设计和制造方案,对散件运输与卸船方案进行了评估和论证;同时结合新建码头的特点,从船期规划与航运安排、构件卸船后场地布置、各主要构件现场总装等方面对轻型岸边集装箱起重机制造安装技术进行了研究。

In this paper,combined with the manufacturing and installation engineering practice of a light quay container crane project in China,firstly,the structural characteristics of the light quay container crane are described,and the design and manufacturing proposals were formulated,and proposals of spare parts transportation and unloading were evaluated and demonstrated.In addition,based on the characteristics of the newly-built terminal,the manufacturing and installation technology of light quayside container crane was studied from the aspects of shipping schedule and shipping arrangement,site layout after unloading components,and on-site assembly of main components.
