共生视域下产教融合型城市建设的逻辑与机制

The Logic and Mechanism of the Construction of an Integrated City from the Perspective of Symbiosis

产教融合型城市建设有助于解决人才供需的重大结构性矛盾,提升教育对经济和产业升级的贡献程度,对我国职业教育产教融合事业的发展具有重要战略意义。利用共生视域分析产教融合型城市,将共生视域所涉及的共生单元、共生模式和共生环境三个基本要素嵌入产教融合城市建设的发展过程。通过对产教融合型城市的内涵、特点进行分析,明晰产教融合型城市在理论层面、历史层面以及实践层面的内在逻辑,并据此提出产教融合型城市建设的三个机制,分别是目标机制、优化机制以及保障机制,三个机制循环作用有助于助力产教融合型城市建设进一步优化升级。

The construction of an industry education integration city is helpful to solve the major structural contradiction between talent supply and demand,improve the contribution of education to economic and industrial upgrading,and is of great strategic significance to the development of the integration of industry and education in China’s vocational education.This paper analyzes the integration of industry and education from the perspective of symbiosis,and embeds the three basic elements of symbiotic unit,symbiosis mode and symbiotic environment involved in the symbiotic perspective into the development process of the construction of the integration of industry and education.Through the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of the integration of industry and education,the internal logic of the integration of industry and education in the theoretical,historical and practical levels is clarified.Based on this,three mechanisms for the construction of industry education integration cities are proposed,which are the target mechanism,the optimization mechanism and the guarantee mechanism.The cyclic effect of the three mechanisms will help to further optimize and upgrade the construction of an integrated city of industry and education.
