多能互补发电系统电/热/氢储能容量协调优化配置

摘要 针对无常规电源支撑的风-光-热-储-氢多能互补发电行经济性和利用率具有重要意义。该文提出一种基于全年8760 h系统,协调优化配置电/热/氢各类储能容量,对提高系统运时序生产模拟的多能互补发电系统电/热/氢储能容量协调优化配置方法,建立以系统等年值收益最大为目标,考虑系统电/热/氢能量流平衡作用、新能源利用率、外送通道容量、各类电源和储能系统运行约束的电/热/氢储能容量优化配置模型,并提出新能源弃电状态与电/热/氢储能装置的耦合运行策略;以风/光全年8760 h理论出力序列为输入,通过求解模型得到兼顾系统经济、安全和清洁性的电/热/氢储能最优配置容量。算例基于我国西北某多能互补发电系统进行仿真测试,验证所提出的全年8760 h时序生产模拟方法的有效性,量化分析系统成本和电价、储能运行策略等因素对容量配置结果的影响。 Capacity coordinated optimization of battery,thermal and hydrogen storage for wind-PV-thermal-hydrogen multi-energy complementary power system is of great importance,which can improve the economy and utilization of the system.A method based on 8760h time-sequential simulation production technology is proposed for the coordinated optimization of battery,thermal and hydrogen storage system in a multi-energy complementary power system.The objective of optimization model is to maximize the comprehensive uniform annual net profit of the system,considering constraints of electricity,thermal and hydrogen energy balances,renewable energy utilization,power and hydrogen output levels and operations of each power resources and storage systems.The 8760h wind and solar theoretical power outputs are incorporated as inputs into the optimization model to obtain the optimal capacities of battery,thermal and hydrogen storage systems.Case studies are conducted by a multi-energy complementary power system in northwest of China to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.Case studies validate the effectiveness of the proposed method and sensitivity analyses on cost and prices,as well as operation strategies of battery,thermal and hydrogen storage.
