浮子对正交化漂浮式风电场系泊系统影响研究

摘要 平台稳定是保障风电系统正常运行的基础,为提高风力机平台稳定性,降低系泊失效风险,基于5MWBarge平台构建了2×2正交化阵列风电场,通过对风电场中平台系泊设置浮子提高其稳定性,基于辐射/绕射理论和有限元方法,对比不同浮子布置及其产生的净浮力对风电场中平台动态响应、系泊张力及躺地段的影响。结果表明:风电场中布置浮子可显著减小平台纵荡及横荡动态响应,且浮子净浮力范围在0.3~0.6倍悬垂段系泊重量(即0.3~0.6G)效果显著;系泊张力随浮力增加而逐渐减小,躺地段长度随净浮力增加呈现先增后降趋势;当浮子不均匀布置时,仅背风侧布置浮子,迎风侧平台横荡、纵荡响应及系泊张力相较于同等净浮力均匀布置时减小,系泊躺地段长度随浮力增加而减小,背风侧平台响应几乎不发生变化。因此,浮子可有效减小风电场中平台动态响应,改善系泊性能,并且可根据需要采取净浮力不均匀布置方式调节迎风侧净浮力,使系泊张力更小。 The stability of platform is the basis for ensuring the normal operation of the wind power system.In order to improve the stability of the wind turbine platform and reduce the risk of mooring failure,a 2×2 orthogonal array wind farm is constructed based on a 5 MW Barge platform.The stability of the platform mooring is improved by setting buoys in the wind field.Based on the radiation/diffraction theory and the finite element method,the effects of different buoy arrangements and their net buoyancy on the dynamic response,mooring tension and laid length of the platform in the wind farm are compared.The results show that the arrangement of buoys in the wind farm can significantly reduce the surge and sway dynamic response of the platform.It is preferable when the net buoyancy range of the buoys is 0.3~0.6 times the mooring weight of the overhanging section(0.3~0.6 G).The mooring tension decreases with the increase of buoyancy,and the length of mooring laid section increases first and then decreases with the increase of net buoyancy.When the buoys are not evenly arranged,with buoys being on the leeward side only,the sway,surge response and mooring tension of the platform on the windward side are smaller than those of the uniform arrangement.The length of the mooring lying section decreases with the increase of buoyancy,but the response of the platform on the leeward side is almost unchanged.Consequently,the buoys can effectively reduce the dynamic response of the platform in the wind farm and improve the mooring characteristics.Moreover,the net buoyancy on the windward side can be adjusted by adopting an unequal arrangement of net buoyancy according to the needs,so as to minimize the mooring tension.
