孔内深层强夯法处理大厚度无序填土应用研究

摘要 山西省沟壑纵横的黄土地貌导致了建设用地资源短缺,进而涌现出了大量“治沟造地”“平山造城”工程,由此形成的高填方地基处理问题也随之日益突出。以“太原西山某小区”项目为例,对孔内深层强夯(SDDC)法处理大厚度无序填土地基的应用进行了深入研究。该项目回填了大量厚度不均、成分复杂的人工填土,并且分布有二级自重湿陷性黄土,采用了SDDC桩法处理填土和湿陷性黄土进行地基处理,并采用加筋土作为褥垫层以调整地基不均匀沉降。处理后的地基承载力特征值满足要求,且湿陷性全部消除,地基变形满足要求。该项目的成功应用可为太原地区类似工程施工提供参考依据。 The lack of available construction land in Shanxi Province is caused by the loess landform with its crisscrossing gullies.As a result,many“gully control and land consolidation”and“mountain excavation and city construction”projects are developed,and the issue of high-fill foundation treatment is becoming more and more noticeable.Using the project“a community in the west Mountains of Taiyuan”as an example,the application of the Super Down-hole Dynamic Consolidation(SDDC)method in addressing large thickness disordered soil fill is thoroughly examined in this study.The project involves backfilling a substantial amount of artificial soil with varying thickness and complex composition,including second-order self-weight collapsible loess.The SDDC pile method is employed for foundation treatment to address the soil filling and collapsible loess,while reinforced soil serves as a mattress to mitigate uneven settlement of the foundation.Following treatment,the bearing capacity characteristic values of the foundation meet requirements,eliminating all collapsibility and ensuring satisfactory foundation deformation.The successful implementation of this project can serve as a valuable reference for similar projects in the Taiyuan area.
