摘要
基于“东吴云”建筑全生命周期智慧管理平台,以“甲午塘水街CD-04-01-02A地块、CD-04-01-02C地块开发项目”为试点,将数字孪生理念贯穿于项目建设全生命周期,以二维码为信息载体,与物联网、大数据、人工智能等科技相结合,将设计管理平台、生产管理平台、施工管理平台三大平台数据相互链接,对项目上的人、机、料、法、环实现统一管理,提高了项目在安全、质量、生产等多方面的管理水平。可缩短设计周期90%以上,材料用量可节省20%以上,装配式建筑施工效率提高15%,减少用工50%以上。
The paper is based on the“Dongwu Cloud”building whole life cycle intelligent management platform,with the“development project of CD-04-01-02A block and CD-04-01-02C block”as the pilot,the concept of digital twin runs through the whole life cycle of the project construction,with the QR code as the information carrier,combined with the Internet of Things,big data,artificial intelligence and other technologies,Link the data of“Dongwu Cloud”design management platform,“Dongwu Cloud”production management platform and“Dongwu Cloud”construction management platform,to achieve the unified management of the personnel,machine,material,method and ring on the project,improve the project in the safety,quality,production and other aspects of the management level.“Dongwu Cloud”production management platform has been promoted and applied in more than 60 prefabricated projects,which can shorten the design cycle by more than 90%,the material consumption can be saved by more than 20%,improve the prefabricated building construction efficiency by 15%,and reduce the employment by more than 50%.
