摘要
在土压平衡机械顶管施工中,常规采用电瓶车出渣方式存在效率低、顶进不连续等缺点,该技术将顶管机前端切削下来经螺旋出土机输送出来的土体,加注一定量的水经电驱动混凝土拖泵搅拌,通过与拖泵连接的管路泵送至地面,由混凝土搅拌罐车运输,该技术不但可以实现顶管连续顶进,而且施工面积小、文明施工程度高。
In the construction of soil pressure balance mechanical pipe jacking,the conventional battery car slag discharging method has problems such as low efficiency and discontinuous jacking.Disadvantages:In this technology,the front end of the pipe jacking machine is cut off and the soil transported by the screw excavator is added with a certain amount of water and stirred by an electric-driven concrete drag pump.The soil is then pumped to the ground through the pipeline connected to the drag pump.The concrete When transported by mixing tank trucks,this technology can not only achieve continuous pipe jacking,but also has a small construction area and a high degree of civilized construction.
