浅埋覆土输水隧洞盾构施工技术研究与应用

Research and application of shield tunneling construction technology for shallow overburden water conveyance tunnels

摘要 以铁岗水库输水隧洞工程盾构法施工为例,针对盾构区间存在上部覆土深度不够的问题,经方案对比提出了覆土回填的技术方法,并采用有限单元法对覆土回填后的浅埋覆土段盾构断面的变形和应力进行了计算,为盾构断面的设计提供了支撑。制定了覆土回填的施工方案和技术要求,通过对施工过程中安全监测数据的分析,证明了该技术方法的有效性并保证了工程的顺利实施。 Taking the shield tunneling construction of the water conveyance tunnel project in Tiegang Reservoir as an example,in response to the problem of insufficient depth of upper overburden in the shield tunneling section,a technical method of soil backfilling was proposed through scheme comparison.The deformation and stress of the shallow buried soil cover section of the shield tunneling section after soil backfilling were calculated using the finite element method,providing support for the design of the shield tunneling section.We have developed a construction plan and technical requirements for soil backfilling,and through the analysis of safety monitoring data during the construction process,we have proven the effectiveness of this technical method and ensured the smooth implementation of the project.
