摘要
道路施工作业侵占道路资源,不仅会对作业区范围内的交通运营造成不利影响,同时也会改变作业区外围(影响区)的交通安全特性。然而既有文献对道路施工影响区安全态势的研究还比较匮乏,尤其是涉及到评估影响区内事故受伤严重程度的空间特征。结合美国密歇根州事故数据,采用广义可加模型,分析了快速路和主干路施工影响区事故严重程度的空间分布规律,鉴别了影响事故严重程度的显著因素。研究结果表明:快速路和主干路施工影响区的有效范围为距离作业区3000 m内的区域;影响区内事故受伤严重程度随着与作业区距离的增加而变高。研究结论将为道路施工影响区的运营和管理提供一定的参考和建议。
Work zone occupies the road resources,thus adversely affects the operational traffic in the affected areas as well as the activity areas.However,there are few studies focused on the safety evaluation of affected areas,especially for assessing the spatial characteristics of injury severity in crashes.Based on the data from Michigan State(USA),this paper adopts the generalized additive model to analyze the spatial characteristics and significant contributors of injury severity in the affected areas of expressways and arterials.The results show that the affected areas of expressways and arterials locate in the range of 3 km outside the activity areas and the injury severity tends to be more severe in the affected areas with the increased distance between the crash locations and activity areas.The paper serves to provide countermeasures for the affected areas of work zone in the aspect of operation and management.
