油基岩屑回转式热解脱附技术的工程应用实践

摘要 四川某油基岩屑资源化利用项目中采用连续回转式热解脱附技术处理废弃油基泥浆和岩屑,处理后剩余固相中石油烃含量低于4500 mg/kg,替代了部分制水泥的原材料,综合油品回收率超过99%。应用实践证明,回转式热解脱附技术是一项设备运行稳定、环境效益显著、经济效益可观的油基岩屑资源化利用技术。同时对应用实践中存在的一些问题进行分析并提出建议。 In an oil-based cuttings resource utilization project in Sichuan,continuous rotary pyrolysis desorption technology was used to treat waste oil-based mud and cuttings,and the content of petroleum hydrocarbons in the remaining solid phase was less than 4500 mg/kg,which replaced some raw materials for cement,and the comprehensive oil recovery rate was more than 99%.The application practice proves that the rotary pyrolysis desorption technology is a technology for the resource utilization of oil-based cuttings with stable equipment operation,significant environmental benefits and considerable economic benefits.At the same time,some problems existing in application practice are analyzed and suggestions are given.
