摘要
为实现大型泵站自动化无人值守运行,提升泵站设备管理运行的可靠性及安全性,对某厂在运营的供水规模50万吨/日的大型泵站设备及自动化现状调研。针对调研发现的问题进行设备及自动化改造,主要包括对高压配电设备、阀门设备、安防监控设备、仪器仪表及自动控制等的改造。改造后通过可编程逻辑控制器及智能采集终端模块将关键设备参数及在线监测数据接入组态软件及信息化平台,实现泵站远程控制及无人值守,全面实时监控泵站设备运行工况。结果表明,经改造后泵站实现了自动化、智能化和智慧化的运营与管理,提高了设备运行管理效率及自动化管理水平,降低了人力及管理运营成本。
In order to achieve unmanned operation of large-scale pumping station and improve the reliability and safety of pumping station equipment management,a survey was conducted on the equipment and automation status of a large-scale pumping station with a water supply capacity of 500000 tons/day in operation at a certain factory.To address the issues identified through survey,the equipment and automation upgrade were carried out,mainly including improvements to high-voltage distribution equipment,valve equipment,security monitoring equipment,instrumentation,and automatic control.After the renovation,the key equipment parameters and online monitoring data were connected to the configuration software and information platform through programmable logic controllers(PLCs)and intelligent collection terminal modules,achieving remote control and unmanned operation of the pumping station,and comprehensive real-time monitoring of the operating conditions of the pumping station equipment.The results show that the renovated pumping station has achieved automated,intelligence,and intelligent operation and management,improved equipment operation and management efficiency and automation management level,and reduced labor and management operating costs.
