新疆不同产地沙棘营养成分对比

Comparison of Nutritional Components of Hippophae rhamnoides L.from Different Producing Areas in Xinjiang

对新疆不同产地沙棘果中总糖、总酸、磷、微量营养元素、4种重金属污染物含量以及沙棘籽油脂肪酸组成成分进行对比分析。结果表明:不同产地、不同品种的沙棘果中,青河县沙棘(状元黄和深秋红)总糖含量(4.24%~5.59%)高于温宿县沙棘(沙棘1#、沙棘2#、沙棘3#和沙棘4#)总糖含量(2.45%~3.31%);同一产地的沙棘,不同品种的总糖含量有明显差异,青河县的状元黄含量平均值为5.53%,深秋红含量平均值为4.28%;不同产地、不同品种的沙棘总酸含量有明显差异,青河县状元黄平均值为1.91%,青河县深秋红平均值为2.87%,温宿县4个样品总酸平均值为2.43%;不同产地沙棘微量营养元素钙、钾含量有较明显差异;沙棘籽油中脂肪酸以不饱和脂肪酸为主,不同品种、产地的沙棘籽油饱和脂肪酸含量差异不明显,不饱和脂肪酸含量有一定差异;所有样品中砷、镉、铬和铅4种重金属含量均未超标。

Comparative analysis was conducted on the contents of total sugar,total acid,phosphorus,micronutrient and four heavy metal pollutants in fruit of Hippophae rhamnoides L.and fatty acid composition of seed oil of Hippophae rhamnoides L.from different producing areas in Xinjiang.The results showed that among fruits of Hippophae rhamnoides L.of different areas and varieties,total sugar content of Zhuangyuanhuang and Shenqiuhong in Qinghe County(4.24%-5.59%)was higher than that of Shaji 1#,Shaji 2#,Shaji 3#,Shaji 4#in Wensu County(2.45%-3.31%).At the same producing area,the total sugar content of different varieties was significantly different:the average total sugar content of Zhuangyuanhuang from Qinghe County was 5.53%,and that of Shenqiuhong from Qinghe County was 4.28%.There were significant differences in the total acid content of Hippophae rhamnoides L.among different areas and varieties:the average total acid content of Zhuangyuanhuang from Qinghe County was 1.91%,that of Shenqiuhong from Qinghe County was 2.87%,and that of four samples from Wensu County was 2.43%.There were significant differences in the contents of micronutrient calcium and potassium in Hippophae rhamnoides L.from different producing areas.The fatty acids in seed oil of Hippophae rhamnoides L.were mainly unsaturated,there were no significant differences in the contents of saturated fatty acids in seed oil of Hippophae rhamnoides L.among different varieties and producing areas,and there were certain differences in the contents of unsaturated fatty acids.The content of four heavy metals(As,Cd,Cr and Pb)in all samples did not exceed the standard.
