医院文化是公立医院高质量发展的重要组成部分,是涵养医德医品的重要源泉。医院文化有助于公立医院培育内生动力、加强人才支撑、营造文化环境、体现服务理念。基于当前公立医院存在以文化人尚需提升、环境建设有待加强、服务理念尚需明确等方面问题,提出通过聚焦仁心善德,厚植医院文化情怀、营造和谐氛围,涵养医院文化环境、落实服务理念,彰显医院文化价值,助力公立医院高质量发展。

Hospital culture is a crucial component of the high-quality development of public hospitals and a vital source for nurturing medical ethics.Hospital culture helps public hospitals foster internal motivation,strengthen talent support,create a cultural environment,and embody service concepts.Based on current issues in public hospitals,such as the need to enhance cultural education,improve environmental construction,and clarify service concepts,this study proposes focusing on compassion and virtue to deeply root hospital culture,creating a harmonious atmosphere to cultivate the cultural environment,implementing service concepts to highlight the value of hospital culture,and thus promoting the high-quality development of public hospitals.
