元治理视域下公立医院“党建+医防融合”路径研究

Research on the"party building+medical-preventive integration"path of public hospitals from the perspective of meta-governance

党建引领为公立医院医防融合提供了新的视角。本研究基于部分公立医院医防融合工作中存在的文化不融合、组织不融合、人才不融合、信息不融合等困境,引入元治理理论进行分析,并从元治理的引领者、协调者、建制者、监督者等视角提出公立医院“党建+医防融合”工作路径,为加强公立医院医防融合提供参考与借鉴。

The leadership of party building provides a new perspective for the integration of medical and preventive services in public hospitals.Based on the cultural,organizational,talent,and information integration difficulties in some public hospitals'medical-preventive integration work,this study introduces the meta-governance theory for analysis.From the perspectives of meta-governance leaders,coordinators,institution builders,and supervisors,the study proposes a"party building+medical-preventive integration"path for public hospitals,providing references for enhancing the integration of medical and preventive services in public hospitals.
