Survey on satisfaction of medical students in compulsory rural service directed medical student free training program under multiple perspectives

[目的]从在岗订单定向医学生、履约单位及当地卫生健康管理部门等多元视角深入探究订单定向医学生的工作满意度与履约单位、卫生健康管理部门之间的相互满意度及影响因素,为提升基层全科医生的培养、使用及管理提供参考。[方法]采取整群抽样方法,对山西省683名在岗履约订单定向医学生、162家履约单位及45家卫生健康管理部门进行线上问卷调查,采用统计描述、秩和检验、多重响应分析和非条件Logistic回归进行数据分析。[结果]70.4%的在岗订单定向医学生对目前工作现状满意,85.1%的履约单位对订单定向医学生表示满意,98%的卫生健康管理部门对订单定向医学生表示满意。薪资、工作环境、医疗设备状况是影响订单定向医学生满意度的主要因素,专业知识能力、临床操作能力、团队协作能力是影响履约单位对医学生满意度的主要因素。[结论]卫生健康管理部门对订单定向培养政策比较满意,而订单定向医学生与履约单位相互满意度有待提高,需提高薪酬水平,注重全科特色岗位胜任力培养。

Objective This study deeply explores the job satisfaction of medical students in compulsory rural service directed medical student free training program,mutual satisfaction between medical students and employers and health management departments,and influencing factors from the perspectives of on-the-job medical students of the program,employers and local health management departments,so as to provide the reference for improving the training,use and management of grass-roots general practitioners.Methods An online questionnaire survey was conducted among 683 on-duty contracted medical students in the program,162 employers and 45 health management departments by using cluster sampling method.Statistical description,rank sum test,multiple response analysis and unconditional logistic regression were used to analyze the data.Results 70.4%of on-the-job medical students of the program were satisfied with the current work;85.1%of employers were satisfied with medical students in the program;98%of health management departments were satisfied with medical students in the program.Salary,working environment and medical equipment were the main factors affecting the satisfaction of medical students in the program;professional knowledge and ability,clinical operation ability and team cooperation ability were the main factors affecting the satisfaction of employers about medical students.Conclusions Health management departments are satisfied with the compulsory rural service directed medical student free training program,but the mutual satisfaction between medical students in the program and employers needs to be improved.It is necessary to raise the salary and pay attention to the training of the general competency in specialty positions.
