摘要
针对炭素行业沥青熔化烟气处理不彻底,危废处理难度大,已无法满足当前国家环保要求等诸多问题,开发了一种静电捕集法+蓄热式焚烧法的协同治理方法。同时对过程中产生的危废进行焚烧,能够有效治理沥青熔化烟气,并且无二次污染,提高自动化程度,达到循环利用、节能降耗的效果。
In response to these issues of asphalt melting fume purification in the carbon industry,such as incomplete treatment of the fume,difficulty in hazardous waste treatment,and inability to meet current national environmental protection requirements,a comprehensive treatment technology is developed for asphalt melting fume purification with electrical tar precipitator and regenerative thermal oxidizer,and the hazardous waste generated during the process is incinerated simultaneously.This technology can effectively control asphalt melting fume without secondary pollution,improve the level of automation,and achieve the effects of recycling,energy conservation and consumption reduction.
