Risk management in the construction phase of aluminum smelting projects

铝冶炼建设项目(以下统称“项目”)在实施过程中可能会面临诸多不确定性因素导致的风险,这些风险将给参建单位特别是施工单位带来直接或间接经济损失。本文阐述了铝冶炼建设项目施工阶段主要风险,结合实际案例对各类风险进行了有效分析,并运用直观经验分析法进行风险评估,针对性地采取控制措施,取得了良好效果。对加强风险管理开展专题研究工作,能够有利于成本控制,保证项目进度及质量,实现项目安全零事故,确保实现项目总目标。

Aluminum smelting construction projects(hereafter referred to as"the Project")are susceptible to various risks caused by uncertainties during the implementation phase,which can lead to direct or indirect economic losses for the parties involved,particularly the construction subcontractors.This paper discusses the primary risks encountered during the construction phase of the Project,analyses these risks through actual cases,and assesses them using empirical analysis methods.Targeted control measures have been effectively implemented,which has yielded positive outcomes.Conducting specialized research on risk management enhances cost control,ensures project quality and schedule adherence,achieves zero accidents in project safety,and ensures that the overall project objectives can be reached.
