祛风止痛汤治疗急性痛风的疗效观察及对血液相关指标的影响

Therapeutic Effects of Qufeng Zhitong Decoction on Acute Gout and its Impact on Blood Related Indicators

目的:观察祛风止痛汤治疗急性痛风的临床疗效及对血液相关指标的影响。方法:选取赣州市赣县区人民医院2021年1月—2023年2月收治的急性痛风患者130例,采用抽签分组法分为对照组和观察组,各65例。对照组予以一般西药治疗,观察组在此基础上予以祛风止痛汤治疗。疗程结束后,比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后血脂、抗链球菌溶血素O抗体(ASO)、类风湿因子(RF)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)水平变化情况。结果:治疗后,2组患者均主述疼痛及其他不适症状较治疗前有所缓解,2组尿酸(UA)、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)指标均较治疗前下降,根据患者主述及观察指标,观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);2组ASO、RF水平与治疗前比较无明显变化(P>0.05);2组血脂、ESR水平均较治疗前下降,且观察组下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:祛风止痛汤联合常规西药能缓解急性痛风疼痛不适等症状,对改善患者血脂及ESR有积极影响,疗效优于单用西药。

Objective:Exploring the clinical efficacy and blood related indicators of Qufeng Zhitong Decoction in patients with acute gout Methods:A total of 130 patients with acute gout admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into conventional group(n=65)and combined group(n=65)by simple randomized method.Patients in the conventional group were treated with general western medicine,while patients in the combined group were treated with Qufeng Zhitong Decoction on the basis of this treatment.After the course of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared,as well as the level changes of blood lipid,anti-streptohemolysin O antibody,rheumatoid factor and serum erythrocyte sedimentation rate before and after treatment.Results:It was observed that the pain and other discomfort symptoms were relieved after treatment in both groups,and the uric acid and serum C-reactive protein indexes of the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment,suggesting that the treatment was effective.According to the patient's main report and observation,the clinical efficacy of the combined group was better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).After review,there were no significant changes in ASO and RF levels in the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05),while the levels of blood lipid and ESR in the two groups were decreased after treatment compared with that before treatment,and the indexes in the combination group were improved more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conventional Western medicine combined with Qufeng Zhitong Decoction can relieve the pain and discomfort of patients with acute gout,and the clinical efficacy is better than that of single Western medicine.Meanwhile,the combined treatment has a positive effect on the improvement of blood lipid and ESR of patients,and this treatment plan can be promoted clinically.
