艾灸联合耳穴压豆调理月经不调的临床研究

Clinical Study on Moxibustion Combined with Ear Acupoint Pressing Beans Conditioning for Irregular Menstruation

目的:探究艾灸联合耳穴压豆调理月经不调的临床疗效。方法:从2019年1月—2022年1月在抚州市东乡区中医院就诊的月经不调患者中选取92例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各46例。对照组予以饮食生活方式干预等常规护理,观察组于常规护理基础上加施艾灸联合耳穴压豆。观察2组护理前、后中医证候(月经周期、月经血量、经色经质)积分和生活质量评分,统计并比较6个月后复发率。结果:2组护理后月经周期、月经血量及经色经质证候积分均较护理前降低(P<0.05),生活质量评分均较护理前升高(P<0.05),且观察组月经周期、月经血量及经色经质证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组随访6个月的复发率为4.35%,低于对照组的17.39%(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸联合耳穴压豆护理可以改善月经不调症状和减少复发,并提高患者生活质量。

Objective:Exploring the clinical efficacy of moxibustion combined with ear acupoint pressing beans in the conditioning of irregular menstruation.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2022,Fuzhou Dongxiang district hospital of irregular menstruation patients were selected,and the random number table method was divided into observation group and control group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received routine care such as dietary and lifestyle interventions,while the observation group received moxibustion combined with ear acupoint pressing on the basis of routine care.Observe the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes(menstrual cycle,menstrual blood volume,menstrual color and quality)and quality of life scores before and after nursing in two groups,and compare the recurrence rate after 6 months.Results:After nursing,the menstrual cycle,menstrual blood volume,and menstrual color and menstrual quality syndrome score of the two groups decreased compared to before nursing(P<0.05),and the quality of life score increased compared to before nursing(P<0.05).In addition,the observation group had lower menstrual cycle,menstrual blood volume,and menstrual color and menstrual quality syndrome score than the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life score was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group after 6 months of follow-up was 4.35%,lower than the control group's 17.39%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion combined with ear pressing beans care nursing can improve irregular menstruation symptoms and reduce recurrence,and improve the quality of life of patients.
