饲粮中添加丁酸梭菌对羔羊消化代谢和血清生化指标的影响

摘要 本试验旨在探讨饲粮中添加丁酸梭菌(CB)对羔羊消化代谢和血清生化指标的影响。选取3月龄、平均体重(22.82±1.67)kg的杜泊×小尾寒羊杂交公羔48只,采用单因素试验设计,随机分为4组,每组12个重复,每个重复1只羊。4个组在基础饲粮中分别添加0(对照组)、5×10^(7)(LCB组)、5×10^(8)(MCB组)、5×10^(9) CFU/kg(HCB组)的CB(活菌数≥5×10^(9) CFU/g)。预试期15 d,正试期60 d。正试期结束后,进行消化代谢试验,适应期5 d,取样期5 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,LCB、MCB和HCB组的中性洗涤纤维(NDF)表观消化率显著升高(P<0.05),HCB组的酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)表观消化率显著升高(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,MCB和HCB组的消化能显著升高(P<0.05),HCB组的总能消化率显著升高(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,MCB和HCB组的氮表观消化率显著升高(P<0.05),HCB组的沉积氮显著升高(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,MCB和HCB组的血清总胆固醇(TC)含量显著降低(P<0.05),HCB组的血清低密度脂蛋白(LDL)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加适宜水平的CB能提高羔羊消化代谢,并改善血清中脂质代谢指标。本试验条件下,饲粮中CB的适宜添加水平为5×10^(9) CFU/kg。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary Clostridium butyricum(CB)on digestion,metabolism and serum biochemical indexes of lambs.Forty-eight 3-month-old Dolper×small-tail Han crossbred male lambs with average body weight of(22.82±1.67)kg were randomly divided into 4 groups with 12 replicates per group and 1 lamb per replicate.The basal diets of four groups were supplemented with 0(control group),5×10^(7)(LCB group),5×10^(8)(MCB group)and 5×10^(9) CFU/kg(HCB group)CB(viable count≥5×10^(9) CFU/g),respectively.The pre-experimental period lasted for 15 days,and experimental period lasted for 60 days.After the end of the formal period,the digestion and metabolism experiment was carried out,the adaptation period was 5 days,and the sampling period was 5 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,the neutral detergent fiber(NDF)apparent digestibility of LCB,MCB and HCB groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the acid detergent fiber(ADF)apparent digestibility of HCB group was significantly increased(P<0.05).2)Compared with the control group,the digestible energy of MCB and HCB groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the digestibility of gross energy of HCB group was significantly increased(P<0.05).3)Compared with the control group,the nitrogen apparent digestibility of MCB and HCB groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the nitrogen deposition of HCB group was significantly increased(P<0.05).4)Compared with the control group,the serum total cholesterol(TC)content of MCB and HCB groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the serum low density lipoprotein(LDL)content of HCB group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary appropriate level of CB can improve digestion,metabolism and serum lipid metabolism indexes of lambs.In this experiment,the dietary appropriate CB supplemental level is 5×10^(9) CFU/kg.
