共轭亚油酸对梅花鹿生长性能、营养物质表观消化率及血清生化指标的影响

Effects of Conjugated Linoleic Acid on Growth Performance, NutrientApparent Digestibility and Serum BiochemicalIndices of Sika Deer

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平共轭亚油酸(CLA)对梅花鹿生长性能、营养物质表观消化率及血清生化指标的影响。选取16头平均体重为(40.25±2.38)kg的1岁雄性梅花鹿,随机分为4组,每组4头鹿。对照组(G0组)饲喂不添加CLA的基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂CLA添加水平为0.25%(G1组)、0.50%(G2组)和1.00%(G3组)的试验饲粮。试验期80 d。结果表明:1)G1、G2、G3组平均日增重(ADG)和平均日采食量(ADFI)显著高于G0组(P<0.05),料重比(F/G)显著低于G0组(P<0.05)。G2组ADFI显著高于G3组(P<0.05)。2)各组之间干物质(DM)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、钙(Ca)和磷(P)表观消化率均无显著差异(P>0.05)。G2、G3组粗蛋白质(CP)和粗脂肪(EE)表观消化率显著高于G0、G1组(P<0.05)。3)各组之间血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、尿素氮(UN)、葡萄糖(GLU)含量及谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)活性均无显著差异(P>0.05)。G2、G3组血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性显著高于G0组(P<0.05)。G3组血清胆固醇(CHO)含量显著低于G1组(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加CLA对梅花鹿的生长发育起到了积极的促进作用,CLA添加水平为0.50%时效果最佳。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary different supplemental levels of conjugated linoleic acid(CLA)on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and serum biochemical indices of sika deer.Sixteen 1-year-old male sika deer with average body weight of(40.25±2.38)kg were divided into 4 groups with 4 deer in each group.The control group(group G0)was fed a basal diet without CLA supplementation,and the experimental groups were fed experimental diets which the CLA supplemental levels were 0.25%(group G1),0.50%(group G2)and 1.00%(group G3),respectively.The experiment lasted for 80 days.The results showed as follows:1)the average daily gain(ADG)and average daily feed intake(ADFI)of groups G1,G2 and G3 were significantly higher than those of group G0(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio was significantly lower than that of group G0(P<0.05).The ADFI of group G2 was significantly higher than of group G3(P<0.05).2)There were no significant differences in apparent digestibilities of dry matter(DM),acidic detergent fiber(ADF),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),calcium(Ca),and phosphorus(P)among all groups(P>0.05).The apparent digestibilities of crude protein(CP)and ether extract(EE)of groups G2 and G3 were significantly higher than those of groups G0 and G1(P<0.05).3)There were no significant differences in contents of total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),triglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein(LDL),high-density lipoprotein(HDL),urea nitrogen(UN),glucose(GLU)and activities of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in serum among all groups(P>0.05).The serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activity of groups G2 and G3 was significantly higher than that of group G0(P<0.05).The serum cholesterol(CHO)content of group G3 was significantly lower than that of group G1(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary CLA supplementation play a positive promoting role for the growth and development of sika deer,and the suitable CLA supplemental level is 0.50%.
