基于“职业院校现场工程师专项培养计划”的高水平双师队伍建设的探讨

Discussion on the Construction of High Level Double Professional Team Based on"Special Training Plan for Field Engineers in Vocational Colleges"

为培养一批交通土建企业转型升级需要的具有工匠精神、精操作、懂工艺、会管理、善协作、能创新的现场工程师,广西交通职业技术学院通过制定双导师管理制度、校企互聘、明确企业导师教学职责、强化学校导师实践能力等方式建设高水平双师队伍,提出了基于“职业院校现场工程师专项培养计划”的高水平双师队伍建设的基本思路,初步形成了一条广西交通职业技术学院高水平双师队伍建设的新模式,为培养职业院校现场工程师提供了保障,为其他兄弟院校培养高水平双师队伍提供借鉴。

In order to train a group of transportation and civil construction enterprises need to transform and upgrade with craftsman spirit,fine operation,understand the process,management,good cooperation,innovative field engineers;Guangxi Vocational and Technical College of Transportation builds a high level double teacher team by formulating double tutor management system,mutual employment between schools and enterprises,clarifying the teaching duties of enterprise tutors,strengthening the practical ability of school tutors,etc.This paper puts forward the basic idea of the construction of high-level double professional team based on the"special training plan for field engineers in vocational colleges",and initially forms a new mode of the construction of high-level double professional team in Guangxi Vocational and Technical College of Transportation,which provides a guarantee for the training of field engineers in vocational colleges and provides a reference for the training of high-level double professional team in other fraternal colleges.
