新时代强化高职院校大学生劳动教育的路径探究

劳动教育是高校思想政治教育的重要组成部分,是培养适应新时代发展人才的必然要求,也是高职院校实现立德树人目标的重要途径。目前高职院校在开展大学生劳动教育过程中存在学校课程体系不完善、家庭不重视、社会支持力度不够等问题,为此,从高校、家庭、社会和学生四个维度建立新时代高职院校劳动教育育人体系,围绕发挥学校“主轴”作用,构建“四位一体”联动机制,推动“三方融合”考核体系来探索一条新时代强化高职院校大学生劳动教育的路径,以期促进高职院校大学生德、智、体、美、劳均衡发展,为新时代发展培养合格建设者和可靠接班人。

Labor education is an important part of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,it is an inevitable requirement for training talents to adapt to the new era,and it is also an important way for higher vocational colleges to achieve the goal of moral education.Construct the"four-in-one"linkage mechanism and promote the"three-way integration"assessment system to explore a path to strengthen the labor education of college students in higher vocational colleges in the new era,in order to promote the balanced development of morality,intellectual,physical fitness,aesthetics and labor of college students,and train qualified builders and reliable successors for the development of the new era.
