聚氯乙烯润滑剂的性能评价

摘要 本文对润滑剂的物理化学特性进行了概述,并介绍了用雾度法、玻璃化转变温度法测试其与PVC相容性,以及用DSC法、TGA法分别测试其熔融特性和耐热性的原理。简要介绍了脱模性、抗压析性评价润滑剂应用效能的方法,通过大量试验,提出了用转矩流变仪评价润滑剂凝胶化行为的方法,对PVC硬制品配方设计中润滑平衡有重要参考意义。 We first reviewed the physical and chemical properties of lubricants,and introduced the principles of testing their compatibility with PVC using the haze method and glass transition temperature method,as well as testing their melting characteristics and heat resistance using DSC and TGA methods respectively.We also introduced the method of evaluating the application efficiency of lubricants briefly by demolding ability and compressibility.Through extensive experiments,we proposed the method of evaluating the gel behavior of lubricants by torque rheometer,providing important reference for lubrication balance in the formulation design of PVC hard products.
