摘要
基于密闭固体投料系统在增塑剂装置上的应用,本文比较了三种最为普遍的输送方式的优缺点,证明了管链输送不仅密封效果好、安全性高,同时具有较高的输送效率和较低的维修成本。对于腐蚀性小的固体料,管链输送的投用成本在可接受的范围内,是最适宜用于化工生产中固体料输送的方式,说明了其在增塑剂装置生产中的优越性。通过总结应用过程中的维护要点,并对实际运行进行了优化,管链输送成为增塑剂装置的密闭固体投料系统中更为方便、成熟的实用型技术。
Based on the application of closed solid feeding system in plasticizer equipment,we compared the advantages and disadvantages of three most common conveying methods,and proved that pipe chain conveying has a good sealing effect and high safety,as well as high conveying efficiency and low maintenance cost.For solid materials with low corrosiveness,the investment cost of pipeline transportation is within an acceptable and reasonable range,which is the most suitable method for solid material transportation in chemical production,proving its superiority in plasticizer production.By summarizing the maintenance points during the application process and optimizing them in actual operation,we concluded that pipe chain transportation has become a more convenient and mature practical technology in the closed solid feeding system of plasticizer devices.
