在“双碳”背景下设计塑料产业逆向物流回收体系

摘要 塑料具有较高的回收再利用价值,塑料产业构建逆向物流回收体系对于我国经济发展、环保的开展等具有价值。文章从“双碳”出发,构建了一种针对塑料产业的逆向物流回收体系,该体系包括区级回收网点、市级回收中心、市级处理中心及塑料制品生产企业等多个主体,可以很好地覆盖塑料产品流通产业链,为塑料产业的可持续发展提供帮助。 Plastics have such a high recycling value that the construction of reverse logistics recycling system in the plastic industry plays an important strategic role in both economic development and environmental protection in China.Based on the dual-carbon perspective,this paper constructs a reverse logistics recycling system for the plastic industry,which includes multiple entities such as district-level recycling outlets,municipal recycling centers,municipal processing centers and plastic product manufacturers,which can well cover the plastic product circulation industry chain and provide help for the sustainable development of the plastic industry from the dual-carbon perspective.
