“新八髎”针刺联合督脉刺络放血拔罐治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床研究

Clinical Study of Needling New Baliao Acupoints Combined with Du Meridian Pricking Bloodletting Cupping in Treatment of Chronic Urticaria

目的:探究“新八髎”针刺联合督脉刺络放血拔罐治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床研究。方法:将2021年1月—2022年6月期间就诊的血虚风燥型慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组接受督脉刺络放血拔罐治疗,观察组接受“新八髎”针刺联合督脉刺络放血拔罐治疗,均连续治疗3个月。比较两组临床疗效和治疗后12个月时的复发情况,比较治疗前和治疗后12个月时的中医症候积分、荨麻疹控制情况[荨麻疹控制评分(UCT)]、炎症因子水平和生活质量[中国版慢性荨麻疹生活质量问卷(CU-Q2oL)]评分。结果:观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的复发率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后12个月时,两组患者的中医症候积分、CRP、IL-4、IL-17和CU-Q2oL评分较治疗前显著降低,且观察组低于同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的UCT评分较治疗前显著提高,且观察组高于同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:“新八髎”针刺联合督脉刺络放血拔罐治疗血虚风燥型慢性荨麻疹具有显著的疗效,可以有效缓解症状,降低患者体内炎症因子的水平,显著改善患者的生活质量,有效避免复发情况。

Objective:To explore the clinical study of needling new Baoliao acupoints combined with Du meridian pricking bloodletting cupping in treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods:The patients with chronic urticaria of blood deficiency and wind dryness pattern were randornly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Du meridian pricking bloodletting cupping;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with needling new Baliao acupoints.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 months.Clinical efficacy and recurrence at 12 months after the treatment were compared between the two groups.TCM symptoms score,UCT score,levels of inflammatory factors,and CU-Q2oL score were compared between before the treatment and 12 months after the treatment in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The TCM symptoms score,the levels of CRP,IL-4 and IL-17,as well as the CU-Q2oL score were significantly decreased 12 months after the treatment in the two groups than those before the treatment in the two groups,and the scores and levels were lower in the observation group than those in the control group at the same time point(P<0.05).The UCT score was significantly increased after the treatment compared with that before the treatment in the two groups,and the UCT score was higher in the observation group than that in the control group at the same time point(P<0.05).Conclusion:Needling new Baliao acupoints combined with Du meridian pricking bloodletting cupping has a significant efficacy in treatment of chronic urticaria of blood deficiency and wind dryness pattern.It can not only effectively relieve symptoms,but also reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,significantly improve quality of life,and effectively avoid recurrence.
