摘要
以潮州一江两岸为例,基于Rhino及其平台下Grasshopper参数化插件,通过限定建筑物对山体的遮挡程度,对需保护历史风貌景观区域进行视线分析。并综合多个视点叠加,生成对该区域建筑高度的视觉控制面作为控制基准。结合现状及城市建设发展需求,提出高度控制基准优化原则,对定量分析结果进一步优化,以获得符合山体背景保护要求且切实可实施的城市建筑高度控制要求。
Taking Chaozhou as an example,based on Rhino and Grasshopper parametric plug-in,by limiting the obscuration degree of buildings to the mountain,sight analysis is carried out for the historical areas that need to be protected.In addition,multiple viewpoints are superimposed to generate a visual control surface for the building height restriction.Combined with the current situation and the needs of development,the optimized principle of height restriction is proposed,in order to obtain a practical and implementable height restriction system of urban buildings that meets the protection needs of mountain backdrop.
