西南丝绸之路沿线历史街区更新活化研究——以保山板桥镇青龙街示范区为例

Renewal and Revitalization of Historic Sites Along the Southwest Silk Road:Taking Qinglong Street of Banqiao Town in Baoshan County as an Example

随着城市的快速建设与发展,历史街区的保护正在面临着多重问题与危机,历史文化街区作为城市的珍贵遗产,它的更新与活化也将成为相关领域的研究重点。西南丝绸之路沿线的历史街区作为云南聚落中的特殊类型之一,虽蕴含丰富的历史文化价值却没有得到妥善保护。本研究以位于丝绸之路“永昌道”的历史街区板桥青龙街实践为例,借助“形态类型学”与“触媒理论”的概念,其中“形态类型学”为街区“自上而下”的街区风貌引导体系提供了科学的方法,使街区风貌得以延续;并通过挖掘街区具有活力的触媒元素,引导触媒效应从“潜存”至“显现”,激发街区活力。两者结合尝试解决青龙街目前所处的保护开发停滞的尴尬境地,希望能为同类型历史文化街区的复兴提供一条可行性的科学更新活化手段。

With the rapid construction and development of cities,the protection of historical blocks is facing multiple problems and crises.As the precious heritage of the city,the renewal and activation of historical and cultural blocks will also become the focus of research in related fields.As one of the special types of settlements in Yunnan,the historical blocks along the Southwest Silk Road have not been properly protected although they contain rich historical and cultural values.Taking the practice of Banqiao Qinglong Street,a historical block on the"Yongchang Road"of the Silk Road,as an example,with the help of the concepts of"morphological typology"and"catalyst theory",in which"morphological typology"provides a scientific method for the"top-down"block style guidance system,so that the block style can be continued.By digging out the vibrant catalyst elements of the block,we guide the catalytic effect from"subsidence"to"appearance"and stimulate the vitality of the block.The combination of the two attempts to solve the embarrassing situation of the stagnant protection and development of Qinglong Street,in order to seek a very feasible step-by-step scientific renewal and activation path for the revival of the same type of historical blocks.
