In the entire process of engineering cost management and control in construction projects,it is necessary to reasonably control engineering costs and ensure that the final product quality meets the expected requirements.In order to achieve these goals,the construction unit needs to establish a complete engineering cost management system for monitoring and evaluation.Therefore,starting from the basic theory of cost management and control throughout the entire process of construction projects,this article achieves effective management and control of the entire project through cost management and control in stages such as project construction,engineering design,and bidding,thereby improving construction efficiency and saving resource costs.
