预制装配式技术在被动式超低能耗建筑中的应用分析

摘要 随着人们对节能环保材料关注的日益提高,被动式超低能耗建筑作为一种绿色建筑形式备受瞩目,然而传统建筑施工方式往往难以满足其要求,因此需要寻找新的技术手段来提升建筑能效。基于此,文章把预制装配式建筑技术引入被动式建筑领域,探讨了两者在设计理念、施工工艺、材料选择等方面的创新和实践,以期在建筑能源利用效率和施工质量方面取得共赢。 With the increasing attention to energy-saving and environmentally friendly materials,passive ultra-low energy buildings have attracted much attention as a form of green building.However,traditional construction methods often fail to meet their requirements,so new technological means need to be found to improve building energy efficiency.Based on this,the article introduces prefabricated modular building technology into the field of passive buildings,and explores the innovation and practice of both in design concepts,construction processes,material selection,etc.,in order to achieve a win-win situation in building energy utilization efficiency and construction quality.
