Research on the Application of BIM Technology in Residential Building Construction Management

当前,BIM技术已成为住宅建筑施工管理中的重要手段。在BIM技术支持下,相关人员能够构建住宅建筑三维立体模型,快速识别及处理施工过程中存在的问题,从而促进住宅建筑施工管理工作科学化、规范化发展。文章首先介绍了BIM技术的主要功能与应用,然后结合实际住宅建筑施工管理案例分析了该技术的具体应用情况,希望可以为相关工程提供借鉴意义。

At present,BIM technology has become an important means of residential construction management.With the support of BIM technology,relevant personnel can build three-dimensional models of residential buildings,quickly identify and deal with the problems existing in the construction process,so as to promote the scientific and standardized development of residential building construction management.This paper first introduces the main functions and applications of BIM technology,and then analyzes its application combined with the actual case of residential construction management,hoping to provide reference for related projects.
