摘要
建设教育强国是全党全社会的共同任务。习近平总书记立足于世界发展大势和国家发展全局,密切结合马克思主义基本原理与中国教育的具体实践,形成一系列关于教育强国的重要论述。准确把握习近平总书记关于教育强国重要论述的重大意义、重点任务和战略方向,需要系统认识“为什么建设教育强国”的鲜明价值逻辑、“建设什么样的教育强国”的科学理论逻辑“、建设教育强国从何而来”的深厚历史逻辑“、怎么样建设教育强国”的清晰实践逻辑。习近平总书记关于教育强国的重要论述深刻彰显了以教育之力厚植人民幸福之本、以教育之强夯实国家富强之基的价值导向性,体现了坚持把教育作为国之大计、党之大计的思想引领性,刻画了马克思主义教育理论中国化时代化的历史主动性,阐明了新时代教育事业取得历史性成就、发生格局性变化的实践创新性,成为当前和今后一个时期中国特色社会主义教育强国建设和发展的根本遵循。
Building a powerful country in education is the task of both the Communist Party of China(CPC)and the whole of society.Based on the general trend of world development and the overall development of China,the CPC Central Committee's General Secretary Xi Jinping closely combined the basic principles of Marxism with the specific practice of Chinese education to form a series of important expositions on a powerful country in education.To accurately grasp the significance,key tasks and strategic directions of these important expositions,we need to have a systematic understanding of the distinct value-based logic for the building of a powerful country in education(why we build a powerful country in education),its scientific theoretic logic(what kind of powerful country in education we need to build),its profound historical logic(what theory and experience we need to follow in the building of a powerful country in education),and its clear practical logic(how we build a powerful country in education).These important expositions profoundly demonstrate the value orientation of education in the consolidation of the foundation of the people's happiness and the country's prosperity,reflect the CPC and the Chinese government's ideological guidance(viewing education as one of China's strategic policies),depict the historical process of the China-based and contemporary Marxist theory of education,and expound the practice-based innovation in the historical achievements and structural changes in education in the new era,thus becoming the fundamental principle for the present and future development of a powerful socialist country in education with Chinese characteristics.
