摘要
针对催化裂化汽油吸附脱硫(SZorb)装置闭锁料斗系统程控球阀故障导致闭锁料斗频繁跳停问题,采用潜在失效模式与效应分析方法(FMEA)分析程控球阀阀体、回讯器、执行机构、电磁阀子系统,并以可靠性为中心的维修(RCM)逻辑决断,制定出程控球阀各子系统的维护策略。现场应用表明:该策略提升了程控球阀的运行可靠性,减少了闭锁料斗系统非计划停运。
Aiming at the fault of the programmable ball valve of the locked hopper system of S Zorb device which leads to the frequent shutdown of the locked hopper,the valve body,echo device,actuator and solenoid valve as subsystems are investigated with the potential failure mode and effect analysis method(FMEA),and based on the reliability-centered maintenance(RCM)logic determination,the maintenance strategy of each subsystem of the programmable ball valve is programmed.The practicable application results indicate the operational reliability of the program-controlled ball valve is improved,and reduces the unplanned outage of the locked hopper system is reduced.
