草药白接骨醇提物对耐药性牛源肺炎克雷伯菌的体外抑菌效果观察

摘要 为评价草药白接骨醇提物对牛源肺炎克雷伯菌的抑菌效果,先采用试纸扩散法分析从黔东南牛场分离的肺炎克雷伯菌菌株的耐药性,再用琼脂扩散法测定白接骨醇提物对该耐药菌株的抑菌圈直径大小,并用微量稀释法和菌落计数法,测定白接骨醇提物的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果显示,分离的牛肺炎克雷伯菌对庆大霉素、氨苄西林和甲氧苄啶/磺胺甲恶唑不敏感,对环丙沙星和头孢曲松敏感;白接骨醇提物对临床分离的具有耐药性的牛源肺炎克雷伯菌抑菌圈直径可达(30.54±0.55)mm,优于头孢曲松;MIC和MBC分别为0.78 mg/mL和1.56 mg/mL。结果表明,草药白接骨醇提物对多重耐药性肺炎克雷伯菌具有较好的体外抑菌效果,在当前耐药性普遍且严重的畜牧养殖中,草药白接骨具有较好的开发应用前景。 In order to evaluate the antibacterial effect of Asystasiella neesiana(Wall.)Lindau alcohol extract on bovine Klebsiella pneumoniae,antibiotic resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae strains isolated from cattle farms in Southeast Guizhou Province was analyzed by Kirby-Bauer method,the diameters of the inhibition circles of Asystasiella neesiana(Wall.)Lindau alcohol extract on the strains were measured by agar diffusion method,and then the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and the minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)of the alcohol extract were determined by the microdilution method and colony counting method.The results showed that the strains were insensitive to gentamicin,ampicillin,and trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole,but sensitive to ciprofloxacin and ceftriaxone;the alcohol extract exhibited an inhibition diameter of(30.54±0.55)mm against the antibiotic-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae strains,and was superior to ceftriaxone:the MIC and MBC were 0.78 mg/mL and 1.56 mg/mL,respectively.In conclusion,the Asystasiella neesiana(Wall.)Lindau alcohol extract had good antibacterial effect on the multi-drug resistance Klebsiella pneumoniae in vitro,indicating a potential prospect in livestock industry where antibiotic resistance was seriously and widely distributed.
